Mediation and Arbitration Workshop WIPO - November 12 to 14, 2024
WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (WIPO Center) is organizing an online Mediation and Arbitration Workshop, scheduled to take place from November 12 to 14, 2024.
The program will consist of presentations, panel discussions and Q&A on international mediation and arbitration, highlighting their benefits for intellectual property and technology disputes. Participants will also obtain practical information on the WIPO Center, the WIPO Rules, and guidance for drafting ADR clauses effectively. The Workshop is designed for mediators, arbitration and IP lawyers, in-house counsel, patent and trademark attorneys, and business professionals wishing to familiarize themselves with international mediation and arbitration procedures.
