Annual PCT Seminar for Advanced Users - October 13, 2025
The 2025 edition of the Advanced Seminar on the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) will be presented in virtual format on Monday, October 13, 9h-17h Geneva time (CET). The event offers participants the opportunity to deepen their understanding of WIPO’s international patent system by engaging directly with PCT experts.
This seminar is designed for experienced PCT users and patent professionals looking to enhance their understanding of the PCT System. Attendees will gain insights into the latest developments in the PCT’s legal framework and processes, as well as best practices in the international, post-filing, and national-entry phases.
