World Intellectual Property Organization is organizing an interactive workshop on the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (AMC), on 9 March, 2023. The AMC offers time and cost efficient alternative dispute resolution options, such as mediation and arbitration to enable private parties to settle their domestic or cross-border commercial disputes out of court.
