Patent Office of the Republic of Latvia in cooperation with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) are organizing regional e-seminar for judges and intellectual property professionals.
For the 6th time in a row, the seminar mainly dedicated to representatives of all levels of Courts and IP professionals takes place on September 14, 2021. It will focus on the European intellectual property case law and court practice with emphasis on trademark and copyright protection.
