EUIPO organizes twelfth Symposium of Judges, which will take place virtually on 4 and 5 November 2021. This Symposium will bring together judges and prosecutors of the European Union trade mark and Community design courts with judges of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
The Symposium aims to promote convergence in the interpretation of law related to the European Union trade mark, the Community design and the enforcement of intellectual property rights. It will also serve to enable dialogue between national judges and prosecutors along with judges of the Court of Justice and the General Court of the European Union.
On this occasion, due to the current pandemic situation, this 12th edition of the Symposium will be held virtually either through Zoom or an equivalent system, and be slightly shorter.
